I was in a smoke break at a recovery meeting, after getting an ingenious idea (not really, but recovery people are known for these things). It was not because I needed to know, but I wanted to deal with an issue of my past. I am not a man (at my age) who chases after teenagers. I didn't think about exactly what kind of subject it entails, and asked one of these girls to know about the Spirit World.
I guess that I could tell them that I am too old for them and like everyone else there, I'm just trying to live with myself. It would work right?I asked an Aboriginal Canadian for spiritual advice and might have gotten myself in a little trouble?
Is she 18? Do it up, then.I asked an Aboriginal Canadian for spiritual advice and might have gotten myself in a little trouble?
The only ';spirit world'; that aboriginals in Canada know is the one in the Liquor marts.
Or the Lysol aisle at Safeway...
Find an indigenous Canadian male more in your age group
and ask HIM for some Spirit World guidance..........if that's
what you REALLY are after.
Leave those young girls completely alone.
You probably creeped them out.
What would work?
Asking someone for some spiritual advice? Yes
Or asking a teenage out on a date? No
