Ramadan section, Can you give me some spiritual advice?

everything happens for a reason,


sometimes things fall apart just


so other things can fall together.


but in the end, what's meant to be


will always find it's way....

Speak less, listen more.





Be attentive and cautious.





Don't waste your efforts for the life of this world. Contemplate this verse:





من كان يريد حرث الآخرة نزد له في حرثه ومن كان يريد حرث الدنيا نأته منها وما له في الآخرة من نصيب





Whosoever wants the rewards of (his deeds in) the Hereafter, we will increase for him his reward, and whosoever wants rewards of (his deeds in) the world, we (may) give him from it but he will have no portion in the hereafter.

The best advice I could give is for you to go pray to Allah for whatever burdens your soul and causes it pain. For He always Listens, and if He Wills it, then you're burden will be taken off you. Remember that a burden on a person can never be more than the person can bear, so be patient and pray to Allah for help.
Do whatever you can to remove your attention from the thing bothering you. eg. physical activities and socialise...(not spiritual)








You can pray to Allah, think Him like you are crying inside and calling Him to help you. Keep some Sadqa.


No doubt He is the Only One who can help you out of this.





I hope all will Inshallah pray for you, including me.









know that no matter how bad things are, there is always someone, somewhere who has it worse. And remember that Allah swt promised to test every soul and that pain is an expiation of sin. Be patient and steadfast and put your trust in Allah swt.
