Eat them now. You never know. You could die in a car wreck later this evening, and never have the opportunity. Someone else will then eat your Percocets, or else *GASP* TOSS THEM IN THE TRASH!!!
Save them for a hangover remedy.
Check the expiration date.
I'd save them for that pain you are going to be feeling.
No clearly save them for the next 4 really bad days that are ahead....
